I haven’t counted the ones around here, but there are plenty of them. There used to be a pure white one that would come around. I wanted so badly for him to come closer to my yard, but he never would. He has been gone for several months now, and I’m sorry I never got a good close look at him.
We had an albino and a pure black one for awhile. It was fun when they were both around. But standouts like those usually don’t last long in the wild. Too conspicuous of a target for the Cooper’s Hawk we also have.
