I think I might have a copy of it. I’ll check at home and scan it if I do.
It is hilarious.

“Restaurants that specialize in foods that are “made-to-order” or that focus on locally sourced foods will likely have more options.”
Push their agenda no matter what the facts are. Locally sourced foods has nothing to do with the number of options. Five guys has locally sourced potatoes... I LOVE five guys, but “more options” isn’t even remotely close to what comes to mind when I think of the five guys menu.

I will argue that the word “sizzling” does not denote fatty or fried. Ruth’s Chris’ 1800 degree broiler creates a healthy sizzle!

His nickname is Asian Fusion.

“..roasting a turkey in an oven bag with the breast down keeps the white meat tender.... However, it doesnt have classic turkey look when you take it out of the bag.”
Can you then flip it over & broil long enough to brown the outside?
I tried brining a turkey for moistness. It worked, sort of.

Unfortunately, the skin sticks to the bag after being in contact with it for that long.
In my house, this is not a problem, as we never carved the turkey at the table. Instead, we had the dark and white meat segregated on a platter.

Gluten-free Oh, yeah. I just encountered an article that began, "Just because it's gluten-free doesn't mean it has to taste like day-old donkey droppings!" (Slight paraphrase). Which means that mostly, it does.
