"How much mass does a tornado have ? How is it able to pick up immense objects ?"

Momentum of the tornado and the surrounding air. Space is mostly vacuum, however, so it's a different problem. Something is holding galaxy clusters together beyond just the gravity created by visible matter, however. We call that "something" dark matter. And that's all we know for now.
