Radio Shack is now primarily a cell phone store that just so happens to have those drawers in the back with electrical components.

If you are not buying a phone, they have no interest in you.

I even have to explain to some of them about the drawers, and what their contents are used for.

They oftentimes have no idea.

I am speechless. If you the customer have to explain to the hired help what items they have, and what they are used for, I can see why this company is in trouble. It makes you wonder about the quality of hired help they have working there, and about what kind of training they give their hired help.
