Serial killers usually get tons of fan mail and groupies. Ted Bundy had them, even married his GF in the court room. Only one that did not have a lot of fan mail was Jeff Dahmer, being a homo does that.

This is why I recommend you always excercise a good degree of niceties toward hospital staff and waiters.
They can give you awesome service or pay you back.
Slower service, forgetfulness, stuff you don’t want, etc.
