M&P shield is a great carry piece.
I never like the triggers on the Ruger guns, the LC9 being probably the worst production trigger I’ve ever felt.
I like the S&W airweight revolvers. 5 shot, very small.
Since I’m also in NJ, the conversation is moot, I don’t expect to carry here, ever.
There is a lot to like about the S&W Airweight, since it is small enough but has the bulletproof reliability of a revolver. But it seems like it might be a little hard on the hands, as light as it is. All the recoil is going to have to be absorbed by your hand on that little grip.
Have you had any experience firing one of these? I know I have never even bothered, since I thought I would never need to know.
if you can find one, the Bersa UC Pro in 9mm is a great little carry piece.
Other than a complete political change, only mass disobedience of the unconstitutional carry restrictions (by tens of thousands, not just a few hundred) is likely to have any effect upon the current infringements.
Just got an LC9S. Much improved trigger over the LC9.
You can overcome the Ruger trigger with a lot of practice, but my wife has the Shield, and I have to say it it one sweet little gun. Since I already have the LC9 and have learned how to hit despite the looooooooonnnnngggg trigger pull, I can’t justify buying another gun, but I can’t help feeling a little envy when I fire her gun.
I tried talking her into a little revolver, but she loves her Shield.
