Question for you folks.
A buddy here at work has a GF from New York, and her Mom wants to send her a .22 (rifle or pistol) from there to here in Colorado.
I told him that she can ship it to an FFL here, and she’ll have to go through a BGC for receipt.
Being that it’s coming from New York, are there any laws prohibiting this process?

Well, I listened to tonight’s GunTalk podcast while I was deep in the bowels of my work. I wish I could have talked to Tom because what I was reading in the disparaging comments about the new Springfield pistol was those words on the grip.
The commenters were mad because shooters felt like they were being treated like morons because those words were there to tell them that THAT’S where they needed to grip the gun. They said that the antigun idiots will pounce all over that impression.
Anyway, that’s what I read.
Otherwise, I loved the show. They always crack me up in the after show, too.
