The Constitution is part of the Organic law of the United States of America.
It was recognized as such by it’s inclusion in Statutes at Large #1.
It has been recently re-recognized, I think in 2004 or so.
I sent Boehner an email today that essentially said...get out of the tanning booth, put down the mixed drink, dry the tears from your eyes and protect the nation and the CONSTITUTION.. ps I am sorry obama is blackmailing you but get a grip and do your job !!!
