I did not say that Mexico had a social, political and economic system that encourages or even permits people to climb a ladder by education and hard work. Instead, Mexico does have a very large economy where 2% control 97% of the capital and those 2% are not going to collapse their system.
Eventually the 97% will do that for them.
I distinctly remember an article out of Venezuela, 25+ years ago, that was titled "Blondes vs. Brunettes" which fairly matches your statement.
This isn’t necessarily new. I’ve been diving in Mexico for years, and any stay over 7 days requires a 6 month visa, which used to cost $24. Apparently they raised the price a little, but I never saw that as unreasonable.

I worked at GM Planta Silao as an Engineer for two years.
I was based in Detroit and flown in by GM every week until I decided to stay there full time.

Choke the pinche pendejos, don’t go to the crappy country and don’t buy any mexican products, also there should be a surcharge for all cash sent south of our borders, since a large part of was earned under the table.
wish the Republicans would grow a pair and introduce an immigration bill that matches Mexico’s.
