A video has been released capturing the shocking moment a gym teacher dragged a 14-year-old girl to a pool after she refused to swim because she didn't want to ruin her hair.

Denny Peterson, who worked at Edison High School in Stockton, California, is now facing a charge of corporal injury to a child.

The incident took place in August after the girl refused to get in the pool because her hair was done that morning and she had an event to attend that night.

I never considered that but you do have a point. Plus as one FReeper said “a male gym teacher”? I had a female one and the boys had their own male one. School too cheap to hire a female one as well? Ours was not.

In some ways prisoners have it better than children. I doubt that any prisoner is forced to swim or forced into a gym class of any kind. No prisoner is forced to endure indoctrination classes on saving Mother Earth or subjected to proselytizing in the godless religion of One World Secularism. Prisoners are not forced to “socialized” only with people their own age and prisons are far more likely to be more integrated racially and by economic class.

Children in our nation's prison-like schools do share some communality with hardcore prisoners. The government tells them when to eat, speak, publish, rest, use the restroom, and their exercise yards are remarkably similar. Both groups are marched about in lines by the sound of bells.

If true tyranny comes to our nation, the Marxo-fascists won't use cattle cars to haul citizens off to the concentration camps. No! No! Instead, they will use big yellow school buses. The shekel with compliantly board them just as their government masters ( oops! “teachers”) trained them to do.

Very sad this man just did so much damage for something so foolish and trivial;I hope he can admit he wronged the girl and make restitution to get out of this mess for his family's sake.

Peterson, who has been employed by the school district for more than 10 years, was put on paid leave for a month immediately following the incident, reports say.

Mr. Peterson previously worked for San Joaquin Delta College. According to his profile, he came to Delta after spending the previous three seasons at the University of The Pacific. The previous year (1999), Peterson was an assistant coach at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas. In addition to coaching the pitchers and catchers, Peterson was also an associate scout for the Tampa Devil Rays organization of Major League Baseball. Peterson earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Health with an emphasis in administration from Northwest Missouri State. Peterson and his wife, Heather, have two daughters, Sydney and Ellie.
