He was an aspiring rapper and the author of many an outstanding lyric which he posted on social media. Of course, he was upset that day. Officer Wilson was needlessly causing a delay that would have made him and Dorian very late for Bible Study. They were running late .... very stressful ... because they had already been delayed by a horribly racist shopkeeper.

I thought juvenile records only remained sealed as long as the person did not continue a life of crime. Brown was at least a suspect in a robbery involving the use of force, probably a felony. Even though he can’t be charged the evidence should be enough to break the seal.
Word gets around.... teachers, cops, ‘friends’..
If true expect absolutely no more articles or protests about Ferguson from the Left. They needed to get out their base and went with the first racial outrage without vetting it.

A lie.
The lawsuit reveals nothing except that the plaintiff HOPES to get Brown's records and HOPES or suspects that the records contain a charge or possible charge for manslaughter, murder or whatever.
So at this point there are absolutely no facts.
And as for being a Crip; what about all of those pictures in red, giving the Blood's sign?
He can not be both a Crip and a Blood.
I am totally convinced that Brown was the lowest of low life, but headlines like this are written by fools for fools.
