He’s done because he’s already announced he’s (Holder has) stepping down. He may initiate action but he certainly won’t see anything through to conclusion.
Thats the bottom line. More votes for Democrats from low-information citizens.
Holder doesn’t have any broken federal laws to throw at Mr. Wilson. This is because, since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect citizens from police brutality, Mr. Holder doesn’t have the constitutional standing to go after Mr. Wilson.
