Yes, they are perfect, like rats and cockroaches — they’re pouring out of Philadelphia into the suburbs, along with the mexicans and other indigenous/mestizos. They’ve evolved to live on welfare and stolen lawn chairs.
I know some old time upper class Puerto Ricans who are bright and cultured (and mostly Spanish), but the other 99% are dumb, dirty, and rude.
