I can’t help but wonder if the “father” would have forfeited his legal ability to make medical decisions on her behalf of her if it had been known that the motive for the abortion was to get rid of evidence of his crime.
One wonders how often these cases happen and just how many the abortion doctors are willing to shrug off, looking the other way.
