While I am strongly opposed to abortion, I think this woman misses the point of “in case of rape or incest”.
The whole point of that wording is to give the pregnant woman the choice of keeping the baby or killing it.
It’s as ugly as it sounds, but it is not my place to judge.

It is everybody's place to judge, and to do so justly.
This woman was deprived of a choice (which was gravely wrong); her baby was killed, which would not have been right, even if she had chosen it.

I think you missed the point. The point is, this woman did not have a choice. Many other pregnant rape victims have had similar experiences of coercion.
