Where did I say Romo is better than Steve Young? Those are stats for ACTIVE QBs … not retired ones.

I see a lot of losing and 500 seasons in there. Dan Marino had no team behind him.

LOL. Same could be said for Romo. Dallas has had a pathetic defense in recent years along with (until now) a weak offensive line. They still have a bad defense, but the difference this year is the O Line and a running game.

And the stats prove that Romo is better than Steve Young, Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Dan Marino, Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, John Elway, Troy Aikman,.... According to the stats there are only two qb’s in the history of football better than Romo.

Steve Young is 4. Joe Montana is 10. Joe Montana is the best qb who ever played and I always hated the 49ers.

Tebow would have been awesome in the NFL too but for stupid coaches and stupid front offices.

...and you agree with the stats? If so, you’ve never seen Joe Montana or Steve Young or Tom Brady or Brett Favre play.

But this isn’t about Montana or Young. This is about Romo … whom you claim sucks. Stats show that he does not. His team does … at least before this year. Now they suck less.

I’m surprised that Tebow isn’t already into coaching.
I read his book, he’s a smart kid.

I think he’s be quite good and in 10 yrs be at the top of the college level.

Romo has done very well this year, until this injury.

No coach or front office will help if you can't hit water after falling out of a boat.

And how good were their defenses? If memory serves me correctly, the 49ers had one of the top defenses in the 90s. Packers had a solid defense during the Favre era as well.

Yes, all of those QBs were/are great … no doubt. Never said they weren't. You said Weeden is better than Romo. You have no proof … only diversions.

Yeah. And he has a tendency to try and do to much and blow it. But Romo went .500 with the worst defense in franchise history. The Cowboys did not win a game their inaugural season, and went 3-13 and 1-15 in '88 and '89, so they have had some bad defensive teams over the years, and Romo was 8-8 with the worst of all.

I defer. Doctors do nothing today with a broken rib and it takes a long time to heal. You can still get on your day-to-day activities. I’ve been dealing with 3 broken ribs for the last 6 years, and yes they still hurt. They healed, but it took years, and now I have arthritis in the bones.
