In most locales falsifying a police report is a felony with 1-2 years. That is fine by me. It will build her credibility as a liberal activist when she gets out.
The criminal charges wouldn’t protect her from a civil suit, either. Trying to destroy someone’s good reputation is one of the worst sins/crimes in my opinion.
