Acid reflux is lethal in infants so there’s still hope.

Really? My daughter had it as an infant and no one told me that.

We couldn’t get that lucky !!
Besides he deserves a longer, lingering, painful death.

People go into the hospital all the time for acid reflux. We aren’t told the pres is going in overnight but for tests.

As the famed swordsman and friend of the man in black, Inigo Montoya said, “I do not think it means what you think it means.”

I had the name Inigo Montoya on a toon in WOW, but they took it away after about a year, they said I lost precedence when the server merged. I was angry, haven’t played WOW for years. Now play POE, path of exile, it’s free, it’s fast and it’s better than diablo 3.

dear usagi,
I am not of the ‘gameboy’ generation, so, either ‘game’ mentioned, i have no knowledge of.

I am of the generation that learned to use the Univac 1050-II data processing system, complete with large reels of magnetic tape, punchcard creation and translation equipment, remote teletype machines with coded punch ribbons. WE are the generation, that begat the 8088 IC, the 555 IC timer circuit, that begat the ARPANET, that began the computer revolution.

There were NO computer graphics, no moving images, no sounds. I utilized such machinery, as we called it then, for the receipt, control, inventory, and issuance of military supplies, for everything from personal issue equipment, to tools, to crates of ‘c-rations’ (there were no MRE’s then either), to aircraft avionic, mechanical, and complete assemblies, such as aircraft engines, 24/7/365.

Dear Sir,

You’re a Noob. I was speed binning 4004 bit slice processors shortly after puberty. My first operating systems were UNICOS/COS, and PICK OS variant called ROS, then CPM. My first bus structure that had an actual name was Q-BUS, a variation of LSI-11 bus — implemented in ECL

And Vint Cerf still owes me $25 for lunch.

dear usagi,

if “being a noob”, (whatever the truck that means), when i started with the univac system in 1970, which probably means a time before the gleam in your daddy’s eye, then i happily accept that!
