Take a screen shot of the map and print it. That's what I always do when I want to print a Google map.

As to the cause of the original problem, that is higher than my pay grade. But try restarting the printer and or rebooting the computer. Sometimes this corrects what ails you.

Snipping Tool in Window 7 works really well. Allows me to print just the view I want, not the extraneous stuff Maps insists on including.
