Will the bill still fund Obamacare? Then it can't be chalked up as a good response.

Obamacare passed the House 219 to 212 on March 21, 2010.

Does this bill fund Obamacare? I don't give a damn when the bill passed. It still has to be funded every time.

In 2014, the omnibus funding bill funded Obamacare. Gowdy voted for it.

And saying when it passed is disingenuous when you are asked if the Obamacare was funded with this bill.

It makes you look like a liberal republican trying to excuse the Republican House for funding Obamacare.
