One can choose to “exist” or “live”...
I will do without certain things, but there are “comforts” in the world that bring a certain amount of pleasure/enjoyment to folks.
I pretty much quit eating out for various reasons, cost being one...but it helps to support other comforts.
I will not do without my occasional nip of Jack...it is a guilty pleasure to enjoy a good whiskey.
