I believe the supernatural is already increasing as we near the time of Jacobs troubles. I don’t believe the o is a muslim for the simple fact I think he feels himself far above that because he worships a demon, maybe even Satan himself.
Although I have no proof I agree that he is possessed.
Whether Obie’s possessed is still an open question but we can rest assured that he is not in HIS right mind.
