The Clintons and their handlers are always very aware of what kind of image they are projecting (such as the staged photo of Bill and Hillary dancing on the beach during the height of the Lewinsky scandal.) With rumors out there about the state of her health, there's no way Hillary would have allowed herself to be photographed with a walker.
