Ok.....I was led to believe that the Constand lawsuit settlement with the claim of a January 2004 assault was the last in chronology. If there have been more recent dates I was unaware of them.
You were right, but I guess during the last week a couple of more have come forward, I thought Goins was assaulted in 2006, but the Daily Mail is saying 2008.

“I have had lengthy communications with the Los Angeles Police Department and there is now a definitive open investigation which is ongoing for, it’s my understanding, not only with Chloe’s case but other unnamed victims who have yet to be revealed publicly,” Mr. Kuvin added. “They want to get all their information first before sitting down and having an interview with Chloe about her incident.
