Bank of America Offline
Vanity | 12/19/14 | Paul Howell

Sorry if this doesn't follow some arcane rule of proper Freeper-ism, but does anyone else have a Bank of America account and can they log onto it? We just discovered here at work that we cannot access the company account on line and several employees cannot access the web site or mobile site. With all of the Sony crap going on, I am a little sensitive to stuff like this.

They do suck.
Not a member/customer and they wanted 75 to cash a 100 dollar dividend check

Sounds like a good deal to me

Why would you Bank with a Bank that has been Laundering Cartel Drug Money for Years??

FYI, All of the “too big to fail” Banks have Paid huge fines for Laundering Cartel Drug Money, and yes they knew it at the time, there are numerous articles on ALL OF THEM.

About an hour ago I received an email from them with an attached form they wanted me to fill out. I don’t have an account with them and figured it’s a scam. I deleted it.

I'm really surprised that no one has yet asked:

Are you logged in?

Is is like their servers have vanished.

A guy I know has a brother who works for a company that makes high-capacity servers for the banking industry. The top bullet point on their spec sheet is that they must all be made bombproof.

"Is is like their servers have vanished. No DNS at all."

Most likely the outage had nothing to do with BofA. There are thousands of denial of service attacks made all over the web every day. One of the most common targets are the DNS servers, like Network Solutions. Not only do they take out the DNS server but can also easily overwhelm a switch between you and BofA. Your connection just stops.

Nice to blame the big corporate boogie man that BofA is. BofA frankly is like most big banks and make every mistake dealing with their customers that is possible to make. I been using them for our business' online transactions for years. But I would bet, at least this time, they aren't your Scrooge.
