the smoking habit has several seldom addressed issues that ive become aware of.

smoking them cuts down on the bodies natural manufacture of dopamine..a very necessary “feel good” ingredient in our lives.

smoking also stimulates....the production of dopamine.

ceasing smoking temporarily leaves one on the outs and i need of dopamine.

there is an amino acid...L-TYROSINE....inexpensive and highly effective that helps replace the dopamine the human body, and brain requires.

Ive cut back considerably since beginning regular use of L Tyrosine.

I came to this idead by myself by adding two and two together and have never heard nor read about the effectiveness of this simple “procedure”.

Thank for the info! I quit two weeks ago and then met up with a business partner who smokes like a chimney. I “unquit.” Sigh.

Will try the L-TYROSINE when I quit again on Sunday.

Thanks again!
