GEE, you are really ambitious. A Luddite, all I can relate to is losing 20-30 pounds. Actually I did accomplish that joined the gym, and changed eating habits. If you can get wheat and sugar out of your diet, the rest is easy.
Seriously, how did you manage to get get rid of sugar and wheat in your diet?
I could use some pointers.
2015 will be doing my best to lose a few pounds.
Also, finish a project that I have been working on for some time. When done ( if done correctly ) will results in much higher royalty checks each month.
