They have a right ,under the Constitution to protest march
They do not have the right to advocate murder , or assisination, or arson, or criminal activity.
If he marches with them, and repeats their refrain and stays in the march advocating murder - he deserves the consequence !
He has the right of "free agency" to leave the head of the parade, at any time, if they call for criminal activity- but he chose not to leave.
