Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's teenage son is recovering from injuries after 'being mugged and put in a chokehold by two men' near family's home

A spokeswoman for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel says the mayor's 17-year-old son was mugged near the family's home at around 10 p.m. on Friday night. while he was speaking on his cell phone. Spokeswoman Kelley Quinn said on Saturday that the mayor's son, Zach, had 'injuries that required medical treatment, but was able to join the family for a long planned trip.' She says the mayor is focused on his son's well-being and requested the news media respect the family's privacy. Friday night and is recovering from his injuries
Chicago Police spokesman Thomas Sweeney didn't name the victim but says police are investigating an attack Friday night near the mayor's home.
He says two males grabbed the victim, took his phone and fled. WGN-TV reports that one mugger allegedly 'threw him in a chokehold' while the other allegedly punched Zachary to the ground. 'The offenders then asked the victim, "What else you got?" (and) forced the victim to enter his security code to unlock the phone,' a police report obtained by The Chicago Tribune stated. A neighbor of the mayor told WGN-TV, 'It still happens everywhere you go,' implying that crime can occur even in the safest and most policed of neighborhoods. Emanuel, a former White House chief of staff, is running for re-election in February.

He must have seen the muggers - it’s a real mystery that there is no description of them.

Dooby time is one possibility, although at that age I wanted privacy when I talked to my girlfriend. We didn't have cellphones back then, so the extension furthest way from the living room had to do. If I had a cellphone it would have been outside and down the block every time...

Actually there is Mayor 9.5 or kid wiped his phone clean and according to tracking was nowhere near where the alleged incident occured

Since the attackers were obviously Amish Mennonites they wouldn’t have said “What else you got?”. Must have been something like “Was hast du mehr?” Poor boy just misheard them.

I'll go you one better-several years ago a certain Democrat district leader in my parts was mugged by two black thugs when she was leaving her house. At a yearly Christmas party the subject of the mugging came up and believe it or not, this imbecile had the nerve to tell people:

so the statement that liberalism is a mental disorder has a lot of tried and tested truths to it.
Years later this woman was engaged in a messy divorce where she accused her husband of battering her.
I wonder if she felt the beating(s) she received from her spouse were largely her own fault?
No doubt some “teabaggers” did it.

Dipstick kid of Mayor Tinkletoes regularly goes out back to blaze up. Cops regularly deliberately ignore said behavior. Local goons notice this behavior and take advantage.
My take on it was that someone had a message for TwinkleToes and made sure it got delivered.
