AFC

New England (12-3) has won the AFC East and have clinched home-field advantage.

Indianapolis (10-5) has won the AFC South but cannot earn a bye.

Denver (11-4) has won the AFC West and earns a bye with win over OAK or CIN loss

Cincinnati (10-4-1) has a playoff spot. They win the AFC North with a win over PIT;
they earn a bye if DEN also loses.

Pittsburgh (10-5) has a playoff spot. They win the AFC North with a win over CIN.

San Diego (9-6) makes the playoffs with a win over KC.

Baltimore (9-6) makes the playoffs with a win over CLE and a SD loss.

Houston (8-7) makes the playoffs with a win over JAX and a BAL loss and a SD loss

Kansas City (8-7) makes the playoffs with a win over SD and a BAL loss and a HOU loss

NFC

Seattle (11-4) has qualified for the playoffs. They win the NFC West and home field advantage with a win over STL.

Green Bay (11-4) has qualified for the playoffs. They win the NFC North and get a bye with a win over DET;
they gain home field advantage if SEA also loses.

Arizona (11-4) has qualified for the playoffs. They win the NFC West and get a bye with a win over SF and a SEA loss;
they gain home field advantage if GB also loses.

Detroit (11-4) has qualified for the playoffs. They win the NFC North and get a bye with a win over GB;
they gain home field advantage if ARZ and SEA also both lose.

Dallas (11-4) has won the NFC East. They get a bye with a win over WAS and ARZ and SEA losses.

The winner of the Carolina (6-8-1) / Atlanta (6-9) game wins the NFC South and gets the #4 seed.
