Bill Cosby was a rat who stalked prey in his own pack, a former girlfriend of Sammy Davis Jr. says.

Katherine McKee alleges Cosby raped her in a Michigan hotel room in the early 1970s when she was on tour with Davis.

She joins more than 20 other women who have accused the comedian known as “America’s Dad” of sexual assault.

Misleading people? I am just looking for any actual court case with depositions, and witnesses, and testimony, and a verdict. Not people suing a celebrity for something that may or may not have happened and the celebrity settling out of court to make it go away.

I need to say this clearly. Because it is my basic point. This is not a case. There is no judge. No jury. No witnesses. No depositions. No examination. No cross-examination. There have been no arrests. No evidence. This is TMZ and The View and Entertainment Tonight. None of this is a court of law.

It isn’t over yet, besides the rape case that Cosby settled on in 2006, now there is an investigation taking place for a possible 2008 sexual assault

There are a few stories of Cosby groping like a Clinton and just committing sexual assault, not drugging or raping, but in general he wanted them OUT COLD if he could get it.
