I remember once noticing a kid rushing down an inclined driveway leading into the street in front of me. So I slowed down. He was watching me and my car the whole way. As I approached he came out of the driveway and almost slammed into my car, he had to swerve and brake hard to avoid hitting my driver side door, I was almost at a complete stop at this point. I rolled down my window and the first words out of my mouth were an involuntary inquiry about his sanity. He rode off, shaken, but uninjured, otherwise.
Looking back, I think his intention was to swoop in behind me and follow in my slipstream to hit 40 MPH or so. Bad judgment on his part. imho.
According to the information in your post #20, the kid would have entered the road behind your car if you had continued driving at the same speed. Instead, you more or less stopped directly in front of him, then insulted him for nearly hitting your car.
D*ckhead much?
