I sounds like their little stunt didn’t last very long. Leave them locked up for a couple of months awaiting their trial. Don’t catch and release the way Obama has our border patrol doing.
They probably will sit in jail for a few days. They will have to go to court to be arraigned, and the courts are closed tomorrow. Most courts run on a skeleton crew during the holidays, so there may well not be a judge available until Monday.
