Whatsamatta you couldn't goad ansel12 into a fight on this thread so you bring up a beef with me that's been under your skin for four years? ROTFLMAO
Clearly the dog is not under ANY stress. Trig has probably learned from experience where he can stand on without causing stress.
“The dog knows and loves the kid. The dog has a wider view than extreme political correctness of people that have dogs and not kids”
The dog is a better conservative than many here
Just wow. You have some seriously nutty ideas.
Thanks for playing, newb.
Sea kelp. The internet is not a substitute for therapy.
I suggest that all Freepers should post similar pics on their FB pages to tell the libs off
It is clear she does not have aspirations to be President.
I get it...Sarah can do no wrong. But it’s wrong to let a child stand on a dog. Doesn’t matter if it’s a therapy dog or not! Standing on a dog is wrong.
I agree...and here is Breitbart story telling how this dog is a service dog specially trained for Trig, to deal with Trig, and to roll with the punches.
This lab was a SERVICE DOG....how often do trained SERVICE DOGS bite THEIR CLIENT. He was trained for Trig. Period.
OH SNAP - you need to put some ice on it and maybe tell your husband you’re not ready for the interwebs....
THE DOG IS A SERVICE DOG SPECIALLY TRAINED FOR CHILDREN LIKE TRIG......

(GAME, SET MATCH, THANKS FOR PLAYING, DRIVE SAFELY)
SO PROFESSOR.....how often do SERICE DOG labs bite THEIR SPECIFIC CLIENT??????
Dog was trained for Trig, special - as a service dog. OOOPS. Looks like YOU STEPPED in BIG PILE OF IT.
a welcome voice of sanity.....
a welcome voice of sanity.....
I never commented about this dog in particular; I never commented about this picture. Honestly, I am not upset about this picture.
I actually like this whole debate because it highlights with such clarity the whole hypocrisy of the left. I was not even upset about Romney cruising the nation with the dog on top of the car. I grew up in a rural area and we all had dogs riding around in the back of vehicles, loose.
I was replying to your posting where you said you doubted that the number one dog biter in the nation were labs. They are. But they are because they are the most owned breed of dogs, so it does skew the statistics some.
Understood....I posted that article describing how this was a service dog for Trig mostly for the benefit of those who had insisted this was reckless. It was not.
As for the stats, your post jumped in support of them whether you meant it to or not. Labs are far less likely to bite than many breeds - it’s just that there’s so many labs - of all colors - that those stats are meaningless because they are not pro rata.
My only concern for Trig, or any child, is that while their own dog may not bite, they still need to be taught that that is a no no in general. Step on a strange dog, might get nipped.
