Not true. Hubby works in a power plant and 25% of the workforce will be laid off next week.
The carbon credits the plants have to pay are the culprit. Along with all the other EPA, OSHA, NERC, etc. regulations.
Energy costs will ‘necessarily’ skyrocket, but it’s due to government interference (fascism).
Hubby’s plant is gas, but workers in coal plants are especially vulnerable. Obama’s plan is to shut those down completely. I’d watch for brown outs and blackouts eventually, as plants go bankrupt and offline.
