Perhaps they found out the hard way why he was taken to the shelter in the first place.
Exactly, the dog didn’t work out for them, happens all the time. I have had dogs that wanted to attacked anyone wearing a hat or carrying a tool kit. Something happened to the dog in a previous home and the dog reacts.
Give this guy a break.
And that is why I advocate for most people to buy from a reputable breeder than get a rescue. A lot of times people with little or no dog experience get in WAY over their head with rescues.
