Well, it is porn, by some definitions.

Has it escaped your attention that porn has gone mainstream bigtime?

All this is, BTW, the downside of unlimited freedom of expression. A race to the bottom ensues. No way to stop it.

Which brings up the interesting question of whether free market and free expression societies might by their very nature eventually destroy themselves.

It does seem to be a race to the bottom, and you wonder where it will end. I suppose that the absolute bottom would be to have "snuff" films on mainstream TV. It seems impossible, but forty years ago gay marriage seemed impossible.

Hollywood studios entered the porno market in the early 70s (the era of porno chic) but stepped back as the decade wore on.

Now with the sexually charged culture (tweens getting their first porno exposure through the internet and MTV teaching young girls to dance like strippers working for that dollar), the studios are looking for the most crass culture to exploit once again.
