We were paying about $75/mo. They offered me a $49/mo. rate for one year. I said thanks but no thanks. Then they offered a $50 reduction per month from my current rate for a year. I told them no, but thanks for the offer. They wanted to know if we had something else lined up. We don’t, and I told him that.
I called 3 days ago to complain about how long it was taking and that we were looking at other options - true. They gave us a 50 deduction and 20.00 off for the next 6 months. I said OK but that doesn’t mean we aren’t going to switch. We are looking at Direct TV thru AT&T U verse.
