I had a black guy tell me once that what they do is they take names of the parents and combine them, sometimes they use the last name as well. So if this guys name was Rontavis, his father could have been named Ron and his mothers last name could have been Tavis. Just utterly moronic. I mean what if the dads name was Sam and the mothers last name Bowe?
