So, speculatively speaking, if any 15-16 year old men got laid by a 20 or 30 something woman while serving on a US Navy ship in the 30’s 40’s or even probably the 50’s, SHE needs jail time? That’s the same as a priest screwing a parishioner???
There’s no possible way that generations of people who have watched a progressively more amoral, degenerate, pornographic, and graphic menu of movies, TV shows and music videos would not have this kind of mindset. I am an older person who has tried to stay away from it, but the saturation makes it almost impossible to avoid without completely resigning from society.
As a result of that saturation, I will not bat an eye at some of the things that would have given my parents instant heart attacks. So, it’s not entirely the fault of those who seem to enjoy being crass. It’s a generational issue.
