enough stupidity to go around, but imho the gun store had no business hand over a gun that hadn’t been personally checked and cleared.

that said, mr policeman should have checked the gun himself before doing anything else

I agree with you....they're both at fault. Can't imagine a gun shop keeping a loaded firearm in the case.

I also can't imagine testing a gun without checking to see if it's loaded. I always check when I'm testing a gun and I'm not a cop! (and I still have all my fingers! LOL)

The gun store owner is responsible for the outcome...case closed. They’re lucky this idiot didn’t shoot a by stander.

HOW IN THE HELL CAN YOU HAVE A LOADED WEAPON IN A GUN DISPLAY CASE AT A GUN STORE!!!!!!!!???????????
