I don’t recall hearing him being ordered out of the car
I did not hear that either, but it appears the passenger side officer was pulling on the door in an effort to get the subject out of the vehicle.
Dead subject had both hands raised up to his shoulders...His hands appeared empty. I heard 6 rounds.
What do you think the dead man’s next move was going to be after getting out of the car on his own volition? The cop was holding the door shut (my common sense assumption since he never told the guy to get out)
