BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A health warning. The extremely contagious measles virus is back. An outbreak that started at Disneyland is starting to sweep the country.
Christie Ileto has the push for children to get vaccinated.
Measles was thought to have been eliminated in the U.S. 15 years ago. Now its back, targeting those who haven’t been immunized.
The outbreak that started in California’s Disneyland is expanding. At least 75 cases of measles span six states.
“It’s scary to think the happiest place on Earth is infected with measles,” one Disney employee said.
For this Disney employee, knowing co-workers are infected is cause for concern.

Nothing being said about the vast swarm of children from Central America spread out all over the contiguous forty-eight states. Curious they should have tried to shift this to some immigrants from the Philippines. Maybe it did come from there, but what ever happened to controlling the entry of aliens from elsewhere?
Hey, who cares if these immigrants want to tenderizing fish on the sidewalks outside restaurants...
Think of the cultural experience of going to these restaurants!
They work cheap and bigbiz loves them. They buy pampers and Budweiser and cheap substandard products from Communist China...

I’m vaccinated and not real concerned about those who aren’t.

sounds like the vaccinations aren’t holding up.
although what it really sounds like is the media attempting to fear monger. It’s the measles, in our country it’s an illness that is contagious, but not deadly.
It’s an outbreak that will pass.
If memory serves correctly, when Disney World opened, they required employees to be up do date on immunizations. They were sued. Now they have employees spreading disease they picked up from guests.
Nothing lower than a FReeper who argues like a liberal.
“Our Diversity Is Our Strength.” (The diseases being brought to America by our beloved equals are beyond belief.) It will not be long until we are poverty stricken, disease ridden, assaulted, murdered, ignorant, and insulted. No limits to America’s degradation and destruction.

So I say lets pretend there isn't a never ending conga-line of people entering this country without vaccinations, carrying drug resistant diseases, like the one recently which recently ripped through a dozen Midwestern states....As they bring in freight trains full of illegals etc..
So we can all rest assured, if ya got your measles vaccine, you're good to go...Enjoy the amusement park!

Sorry, but your vaccination wears off after about 10 years, so something else is protecting or not protecting you, presently. On a side note, researchers have discovered that the pertussis pathogen has mutated, as a result of its vaccine, via the New England Journal of Medicine. This outbreak has nothing to do with the unvaccinated infecting the vaccinated. It has everything to do with the cyclical nature of illnesses, such as this and the improper lifestyle of the carrier. In the case of measle vaccines, the booster shot does not work, so as the vaccinated age, the population is only about 50-60 vaccinated against such outbreak. Proper nutrition, hygiene, santitation and observational action while allowing full selective immunity to take hold is the only true way to protect modern populations.
Everything that was is coming back from across the southern boarder. Along with a few things that never where in the US.
All these crazy sicknesses are brought to you by the whitehouse writing their own law.
How is it not deadly? I ask this honestly, not provocatively. I know it killed many men during our civil war.

Except for the fact that some of those who have been infected got the vaccine...
