Soooo....looks like the other 31 Nfl teams aren't so lily white after all.... And a special shout out to all the Patriots haters out there: You keep hating, we'll keep winning.

I'm tired of the juvenile 'quit hating' haters.

Obama is a socialist. Quit hating.

Boehner is a spineless twit. Quit hating.

Either they cheated or the didn't. Analyzing ain't hating unless you are a Pats fan.

FTR - I am a Giants fan...so have a good laugh at our record haters.

It's all hype to attract viewers to the Super Bowl. It's good business to have a hateful team. People will tune in, hoping that the Pats lose.

It's like Pro Wrestling. The business model works, if people are stupid and easily manipulated.

Seems like the NFL is giving Congress a challenge in most criminals per employee.

I would point out that the author of this article refers to San Francisco 49ers Chris Culliver’s “homophobic” remarks as “idiotic”.

Boycott the NFL.

The cheap bastards will not even buy the footballs for the play off games. Not making enough money there fellows?

In my humble opinion they have just about sucked their cash cow dry.

No more for me.

Real journalists are able to express their ideas without routinely resorting to coarse and vulgar language.

Well, I will say that the author of this piece employs the “everybody does it” excuse as thoroughly as I have ever witnessed.

You just finished the 1st hole of 72 on the 1st day of the US Open, you are about to tee off on the 2nd hole and someone notices your golf ball is not regulation or your driver is a bit too oversized ... you are DISQUALIFIED from the tournament.

You just won the Daytona 500, but it is discovered your carburetor spacer plate is 1/2” taller than the rules allow ... you are DISQUALIFIED or at the least stripped of your Winston Cup points making it impossible for you to win the Winston Cup.

Cheating is Cheating no matter how big or small.

Believe what you want to believe. If the Deflatriots win, put an asterisk next to the win.

I could care less.

I think the NFL has a long ways to go to catch Congress on that score.

Glad you are big on analyzing. Here is a video of what happens to a 12.6 psi ball (@75F) when in a room @ 50F and wet:

Now why did the Colts balls defy the laws of Physics?

Lets clear the Pats of cheating first. One team at time. We don’t want irrational Pats fans and Colt fans at the same time. Chaos.

So the refs clearing the balls for play pregame (they keep the balls in a bag till 2 min before kickoff then the teams get them.

Combined with the environmental factors that will lead to a decrease in pressure doesn’t clear them? Really ? is just the allegation proof of any sort? No vid of the balls being mishandled on the sideline?

Too funny.

For those who think that players cannot tell the difference and that under-inflated balls do not give an advantage...

Like I said, irrational Pats fans are enough to deal with.

What part of what I said is irrational exactly>

IF it is the refs possessing the balls till 2 minutes before game time that came from P King who cited his spending a week with a NFL officiating crew for a story.

Ha ha ha I understand your frustration!
If my team was so horribly bad for so long, and had not won a Super Bowl in 44-odd years, I’d be upset too!
