I have been through some blizzards and snowstorms here in Nor Cal that would make the New York storm look like a cake walk, but the media never, ever, covered it.
Coastal California is all the media ever covers..
YUP; I think it was about 2 years we got enough snow out of one storm to crush my barn flat. Had the power out for about 2 or 3 weeks all over Trinity county, not every where, but my lines were down from early December to January.
Good thing I had my own generator and a wood burning stove, still haven’t been able to afford to replace the barn.
