Could it be Bruce is one of those homosexual men that just can't admit to themselves who/what they are and in their warped mind convince themselves that since they really do like men, then they must have been born the wrong sex by mistake.

I just think he's got some serious mental issues....probably combined with late mid-life crisis...he's getting old and his entire family has had numerous surgeries to stay younger looking.....the whole family has major issues
