Why did the Patriot DB try to run out f the end zone? If he went down in the end zone it would have been a touch back.
I said that same thing. If he would have just kneeled down, the Pats would have had the ball at the 20 yard line.
As to why? probably adrenalin.
Maybe he didn’t know exactly where he was. I would imagine things were a bit . . . exciting.
