The extra weight of the dune buggy and trailer probably prevented him from braking down in time.
To: RetiredArmy

I was wondering when someone would pick up on that.

As they were towing the victim’s vehicle away, Jenner asked a policeman “Are they going to sell it for parts?” The officer say I don’t know what they’ll do with the car. Jenner says “I wasn’t talking about the car...”

Yep.
Had that weight been pushed by any kind of speed, even a big Lexus would have the rear end in the back seat.

The link on Drudge takes you to photos at the moment of impact. Apparently this accident was caught on film. The photo still of the moment of impact clearly shows Jenner driving.
BTW, he looks like a guy.
Rear-ending a car and causing the death of the driver. Not good.
To: Moorings
Oh, I think he’s already go that done, or has the dough to do it provided by whoever is footing the bill for the documentary of his “momentous change.”
These people are all about excess, petty selfishness, greed, ape-like intelligence, and mental instability. The whole doggone family.

My first impression was Brucie looking into the rear view mirror putting on his/her lipstick.
