There are only a few states in which you don’t have to charge sales tax. According to the website Wisconsin sellers have to charge sales tax to Wisconsin residents. It’s not just an Ohio thing.
Yes that is correct. But I did not have to fill out all kinds of paperwork on ETSY. I do believe they report sales to the IRS. I only sold one item. It was around $12 and it wasn’t anyone from WI. My expenses ended up to be more than the profit LOL!
