I guess if it’s with a southern accent it’s country.

She seems like a good country girl. That performance was smoking hot - however you classify the music.

She looks great - she’s lost her baby fat. 2025? Don’t age me, please.

I figured this years’ Grammys were going to be a big Gay-Fest with Sam Smith winning everything.

I agree on the “hot” part. But I put her in the same music category as Cyrus, Spears and Madonna.

Feh. I was more impressed by that beautiful Gibson the lead guitarist was playing. Nice piece.

It’s a really hot woman in leather pants singing with a bunch of attitude - and with perfect hair.

I completely agree with your definition of country, but there have always been crossovers. Look at this as a lesser of many other evils.

Dierks Bentley represents the genre pretty well...

Agree! And if I may add George Strait, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, Alan Jackson, The Carters, Ricky Skaggs, Ralph Stanley, Eddy Arnold, Marty Robbins, Lester Flatt, Earl Scruggs, most of Vince Gill, and a large dollop of vintage Willie Nelson.

I haven’t watched the Grammys in years. I’m so old I probably don’t know who anyone is!

It’s funny, I had heard that Sam Smith was a new sensation and that he was up for many Grammy’s, including best new artist, and he might sweep the awards.

I’d never heard of him and had no idea who he was.

Early in the show he got an award and came on stage to make a speech. He was very obviously homosexual — and I said to myself. “THAT’S why he’s getting so much attention. Mystery solved.”
